Swiss court case ties human rights to climate change
Over 2,000 women, known as the Club of Climate Seniors, are taking the Swiss government to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), arguing that its climate change policy violates their right to life and health. This is the first time the ECHR will hear a case on the impact of climate change on human rights. They are urging the ECHR to require Switzerland to intensify efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. If successful, the case could set a precedent for the court's 46 member states.

Only 15% global fashion consumers make sustainable buying decisions
